File Submission Policy

At Shirts n Things, we strive to provide high-quality custom prints. To ensure the best possible results, we require customers to submit high-resolution artwork files in the correct formats.

Recommended File Formats

For optimal print quality, we recommend submitting your design files in the following formats:

✅ High-Resolution Files:

• PNG (Transparent background preferred)
• SVG
• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• PDF
• TIFF

✅ For Online Product Designer Tool:

• SVG, PNG, TIFF, or JPEG are accepted.

Important Notes on File Quality & Background Removal

• Resolution Matters – Low-resolution images may result in poor-quality prints. We are not responsible for blurred or pixelated prints due to low-resolution file submissions.
• JPEG Backgrounds – If your JPEG file has a background, you may use our white background removal tool or specify in the order notes that the background should be removed. If not specified, the background will be printed as part of your design.
• File Responsibility – Customers are responsible for ensuring their submitted files meet the required standards. We do not provide design adjustments unless requested as an additional service.

No Refund, No Return Policy

At Shirts n Things, we take pride in creating custom-printed products tailored to your unique designs and logos. As each item is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exceptions & Reprint Policy

We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive a defective item due to a production error or imprint quality issue, we are happy to provide a reprint of the affected product under the following conditions:

1. Defective Items Only – Reprints are only issued for defects caused during production. This does not include poor-quality prints resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted artwork files provided by the customer.
2. Notification Within 7 Days – Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report any defects.
3. Return of Damaged Goods – The defective product must be returned to us for inspection before a reprint is issued.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason outside of the above-stated policy.
